With a Master of Business Administration and decades of experience in governance, community development, and strategy, Brad bridges the gap between culture and modern enterprise. Elder, cultural leader, and proud ngangk (mother), Carol holds sacred knowledge of Country and customs. With skills in governance and community leadership, she is also renowned for her traditional bush food wisdom and hands-on workshops. Blending ancient and modern methods, Carol’s fusion of traditional Noongar ingredients with contemporary culinary techniques creates unique and delicious cuisines. Above all, Carol is a loving sister, mother and grandmother, deeply connected to her family and community.
